The kids absolutely loved running around the cobblestone streets and discovering hidden gems like the old Dutch church and the charming boutique shops. We even had a family picnic at the nearby beach, which was just a short walk away. The hotel's location was perfect for us to immerse ourselves in the history and culture of Galle, making it a memorable experience for the whole family.
For dads, it would be great to have a small playground or play area within the hotel premises to keep the little ones entertained.

The property was beautiful and located in a peaceful and convenient area. The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. We were delighted by the delicious breakfast served in the lovely garden. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did find the room lacking some essentials like a bin and shower soap, and the lighting could have been better. Despite these minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

the location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions easily. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom. the two caretakers were always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. the highlight was the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. We started with a refreshing fruit platter and hot tea/coffee, followed by a choice of either a Sri Lankan or Western meal, accompanied by a glass of homemade fruit juice. Highly recommended!
Nothing, all excellent! 👍.
